Our company is searching for an experienced Excavator Operator to join our Pflugerville, Texas team. This individual operates a crawler or rubber-tired machine mounted with an excavator bucket used for excavating ditches, structures and mass excavations, laying pipe and precast concrete structures, loading trucks. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. Essential Duties Include: Conducting safety and maintenance checks on assigned equipment and machinery Starting engines, moving throttles, switches, and levers, and depressing pedals to operate machines Signaling truck drivers to position truck to facilitate loading of dirt, rocks, and other materials Performing maintenance work to equipment including oiling, greasing, and making necessary adjustments Basic qualifications for this position: High School Diploma, or GED, preferred Two (2) years or more of related experience/training Able to successfully clear our pre-employment screening Who We Are Cash Construction, a division of MasTec, was founded on a commitment to excellence; excellence in how we treat our clients and our employees.
