The Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for leading business intelligence projects to enhance real-time decision making for operational and executive leadership. This role is also responsible for collaborating with department leads to identify needs for business optimization.

• Work with Department Leads to develop tools and processes that improve operating efficiencies and provide real time key performance indicators.
• Lead the Innovation efforts for Cash Construction, with a focus on new technology implementations to achieve construction efficiencies through current and emerging technology.
• Oversee the overall support of end users by establishing service levels and best practices for support services
• Oversee projects to develop custom dashboards and custom reports to extract and present business information concisely that enhances the ability to make real-time business decisions.
• Assist stakeholders with setting up and fully utilizing management information systems
• Work with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations
• Design, develop and update computer generated forms, manuals, management reports and other items as requested
• Establish and maintain relationships with consultants, technical personnel, and vendors used for services and products
• Maintain awareness of emerging technologies that may impact the organization
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field.
• 7 or more years of experience.
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
• Experience and knowledge with technologies such as Power BI, Bot Technology, Process Automation, etc.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
