The Receptionist is responsible for general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.


  • Greets and directs visitors to the Company
  • Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate employee; transfers caller to an employee's voice mailbox when the employee is unavailable
  • Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information
  • Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel
  • Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, USPS mail, ect.)
  • Responsible of ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
  • Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating
  • Maintain staffing telephone and email directory
  • Assist the HR team with administrative tasks and strategic projects
  • Schedule office maintenance
  • Help coordinate office staff events, including monthly birthdays celebration
  • Coordinating reservations via Express Travel
  • Prepare PPE for new hires
  • Order business cards for new hires, prepare office supplies and everything else needed for new office employees.


  • Must be bilingual English & Spanish
  • Customer services oriented
  • One year of administrative experience
  • High school diploma or GED
