The Project Coordinator is responsible for the handling of construction-phase documentation. By coordinating with Project Management, Estimating and Accounting departments, this position will oversee project process and controls to make sure they are compliant with company policies.


  • Ensure appropriate project files are being maintained and executed
  • Organize and maintain job files and database, both electronic and hard copy; maintain correspondence and construction documentation database
  • Monitor and track project contracts to ensure timely execution. This includes Job Contracts, Subcontracts and MSA’s along with any change orders
  • Assist with subcontractor and supplier management
  • Manage contractor submittals
  • Prepare weekly project admin audit to ensure jobs are being maintained in accordance with project management policy. Provide feedback on project documentation to lead Project Manager.
  • Provide feedback on project documentation to lead Project Manager
  • Assist Project Management team with project control documentation and tracking.
  • Manage project paperwork from job start through completion, including plans, subs and supplier contact information, cut sheets, purchase orders and subcontracts.
  • Maintain project plans including revisions, distribution, posting, etc. to internal and external parties as needed.
  • Prepare and update status reports related to projects
  • Other duties as required


  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred by not required.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in the Construction industry.
  • Strong experience and working knowledge of the full MS Office Suite.
  • Previous experience with Viewpoint preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience with Autodesk PlanGrid is a plus.
